The client remains fully responsible for their own choices, health and interpretation of insights.

3. No guarantees 

Energetic work is subjective. No results are guaranteed.

4. Frequency work & energetic technology 

Energetic equipment or digital frequency tools are not medical devices and do not replace medical care.

5. Energetic work 

Intuitive information is spiritual and not scientifically proven.

6. Privacy 

All information is treated confidentially.

7. Liability 

Karina Quantum Mastery is not liable for the consequences of choices made by the client.

Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability 

Valid for all services, sessions, energy work, digital products and appointments.

2. Rates

Prices exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

All sessions and services must always be paid for in full in advance at the time of booking. Without payment, the appointment is not confirmed.

4. No returns / no refunds 

Digital products (such as meditations, audio files, energetic downloads, reports, readings) are non-refundable. 

Sessions are never refunded, regardless of the client's experience or perception.

5. Cancellations 

Cancelling and rescheduling appointments is subject to the Appointment Policy & No-Show Conditions.

6. Intellectual property 

All materials, texts, meditations and energetic processes remain the property of Karina Quantum Mastery. Distribution or copying is not permitted.

Appointment Policy & No-Show / Cancellation Conditions

1. Reservations & payment 

All reservations must always be paid in full in advance. No appointment will take place without payment.

2. Cancellation or rescheduling ≥ 24 hours in advance 

An appointment can be rescheduled once free of charge, provided this is communicated at least 24 hours in advance. 

No money will be refunded.

3. Cancellation or change within 24 hours 

Appointments cannot be changed or rescheduled within 24 hours. The session will be forfeited in full and no refund will be given.

4. No-show

In case of no-show, the session will be forfeited in full and no refund will be given. 

A new appointment can only be made after a new payment has been made.

5. Late arrival 

The session ends at the scheduled end time. No refunds or extensions will be given.

6. Force majeure on the part of Karina Quantum Mastery 

In the event of illness or force majeure, the appointment will be rescheduled to a new date free of charge. No refunds will be given.

Privacy policy (GDPR)

1. Data processing 

Karina Quantum Mastery processes personal data such as name, contact details, session information and energy reports exclusively for the purpose of providing services.

2. Purposes 

Data is used for appointment management, administration, reporting and communication.

3. Retention period 

Data is retained for as long as administratively or legally necessary.

4. No sharing with third parties 

Data is not shared with third parties, unless legally required or with explicit consent.

5. Access & deletion 

You can submit requests for access or deletion via info@karinaquantummastery.com.

6. Digital products & privacy 

Digital products are personal, non-transferable and subject to a strict no-refund policy.
